Move journal
For user convenience, during the game, the movements of the checkers and dice rolls are recorded. These records allow for better analysis of the moves made, which is especially important for learning. There is already an established format for recording moves within the community.
Here’s an example:
4-2: 8/4, 6/4
The player rolled dice 4-2, moved a checker from position 8 to 4, and a checker from position 6 to 4.
1-1: bar/23, 4/3*(2)
The player rolled dice 1-1 (double), made the first move from the bar to position 23 (using dice 1 and 1), moved a checker from position 4 to 3 (hitting the opponent’s checker), and repeated the move.
How to enable the move journal?
The move log is not displayed by default. To enable it, you need to open the settings panel during the game (green button on the right). In the settings panel, enable the “Field Numbering” option (mandatory), and then “Move Log”.
The move log will be displayed where the player avatars were previously located.
